Refund policy

All sales are final. Since cases are made to order, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed. Each item is made specially for you, and we appreciate your understanding.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified — including pre-orders. Please double-check your order details before checkout.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If a defect is confirmed, we will gladly send you a replacement at no extra cost.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, open and worn products, products without its original packaging, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. We also cannot accept returns or cancelations if you changed your mind about the item or ordered the wrong size by mistake. As previously said, items are made to order and may not be exchanged if the wrong size was purchased or if you changed your mind about it.

Lost Packages

If your package is lost or damaged while in transit with the carrier, which is completely outside of our control, we are unable to offer a refund or cancellation. However, we want to make this right for you. Please contact us via email hello@blushicases.com,  and we’ll arrange a replacement shipment as soon as possible.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we are unable to issue a refund. Reshipping the order will require an additional fee, which will be covered by the customer.

Product Information

We reserve the right for any printing errors on this website as well as for the final sale of products. We do not guarantee that the images reflect the exact appearance of the products as a certain color difference may occur depending on the monitor, photo quality, and resolution. We always strive to display the products as accurately as possible.
